As part of a strategy to build awareness of McDougall & Duval’s social media expertise–and social media director, Carie Schelfhaudt–I pitched the editor of American Bankers Association’s Bank Marketing Magazine on the subject of what NOT to do when developing social media policy (an important first step before having any social media presence). The editor agreed, and Carie and I co-wrote the story. Feedback from readers was favorable, and it has helped to build Carie’s reputation, as intended.
