To help build awareness of McDougall & Duval’s expertise with social media management for community banks, I arranged to have an article about forthcoming Facebook changes published in the American Bankers Association’s Bank Marketing magazine, with the byline of my colleague who was the agency’s director of social media. She provided an outline and I wrote the article on her behalf after doing some supplemental research of my own.
Since the agency was simultaneously creating a Facebook presence for client BankFive, we included images and a mini case study that explained the bank’s own Facebook initiatives.
Both the agency’s director of social media and the bank’s marketing department received lots of positive feedback about the story.
